PBX Solutions
The company has a 37-year history of providing PBX services throughout Namibia. Vox Orion distributes, sells, services and installs primarily Ericsson and Aristel PBX products.
Future developments will include the Nortel PBX product suite.
The latest addition to the PBX range of solutions is the Vox Orion X-Change Manager, a PBX managed service designed to meet small, medium and large corporate PBX infrastructure requirements. The uniqueness of this offering lies in the fact that the customer is not required to purchase a hardware solution that will become redundant over time, but rather the solution is configured in accordance with key criteria such as number of extensions and users, service level agreement needs, required user functionality per extension and costs associated with service delivery.
