Managed Voice Solutions encompasses two product offerings and is delivered by means of several technology applications. A thorough pre-sales and ongoing post-implementation analysis ensures that our customers benefit from the most appropriate Vox Orion offering.
Vox Orion's focus is on providing corporate and government organisations with alternative voice and associated telecommunications services, utilising GSM, Neotel fibre and VoIP technologies, which deliver market market leading rates and business quality calls, whilst providing industry best practice service delivery. Vox Orion is able to carry all voice types, including Cellular (via GSM sim card or network interconnect), Local, National, Regional, Neotel to Neotel, International, Inter-Branch, Vox Orion Community, Inter-SP and Vox Orion Inbound traffic.
PRODUCT OFFERING: Premium, Standard or Plus
Managed Voice Solutions offers the customer flexibility in terms of competitive rates, where either fixed or variable savings are achieved monthly. Two unique offerings complete the Managed Voice Solutions framework:
1. Managed Voice Solutions - Premium A rate and billing methodology per voice traffic type is fixed, equating to a guaranteed savings percentage in comparison to the current standard Telco rates. Should Vox Orion not deliver in accordance with the applicable service level agreement and the agreed savings are not achieved, a credit for "lost savings" will be paid back to the customer.
2. Managed Voice Solutions - Standard A rate and per second billing methodology per voice traffic type equates to a savings percentage in comparison to the current standard Telco rates. This will vary depending upon traffic patterns.
3. Managed Voice Solutions - Plus (bundled with Premium or Standard) Managed Voice Solutions Plus is a product option based upon per second billing methodology for each voice traffic type, with the exception of MVS Premium Cellular calls. This product is bundled with either MVS Premium or Standard, and is reliant upon Neotel network availability at the customer's premises. An installation and monthly rental fee is applicable.
MANAGED VOICE SOLUTIONS VALUE PROPOSITION
Minimal Implementation Costs: Vox Orion covers the following costs related to the implementation of Least Cost Routing (LCR):

- PBX (Vox Orion related) Maintenance
- Orion Maintenance
- VoIP Connectivity (product dependent)

Additional capacity may be added to capture growth traffic during the contract period without affecting the contract term. This precludes volume increases in excess of 50%.
A Service Level Agreement provides for business quality calls across a VoIP, Neotel Fibre or GSM network, which is measured in terms of the Mean Opinion Score (MOS) rating system, which assesses voice quality.
A “technology catch fence” is provided for by the Managed Voice Solutions contract, to give our customers peace of mind that should a new technology that provides for an improved commercial offering in conjunction with related quality of services guarantees become available, the customer will be released from his contractual obligation with Vox Orion, unless Vox Orion is able to provide a comparative offering.
