Production Faxing
A Rightfax server facilitates automated faxes such as purchase orders, contracts and invoices sent from back-end core systems such as ERP, CRM and others, in an efficient and cost effective manner. Vox Orion provides Rightfax solutions in a managed service or purchase model.
Multi-Function Printers (MFPs)
MFPs are a major source of abuse from a cost and security viewpoint as they are generally connected directly to the telco via an analogue line. By networking then directly to the onsite Rightfax server, all faxes can be managed in a central database with archiving, reporting and auditing.
Vbill (Fax Least Cost Routing)
Vbill is unique and exclusive to Vox Telecom, allowing organisations to significantly reduce the cost of faxing by routing via the Vox Telecom network at network interconnect rates.
Xtenda (Fax User Number Porting)
Xtenda allows for the creation of up to 15 000 individual fax numbers on a single primary rate / VoiP interface on an existing Rightfax infrastructure.
Profax (Hosted Fax)
Profax allows users to receive faxes as an email attachment free of charge, while Profax outbound allows users to send faxes from their desktop using email. While it is free to receive fax as an email attachment, on an “086” number due to a significant volume of fax traffic being intra-organisational, companies are paying a growing premium for faxing to these numbers. Vox Orion can save up to 50% of this cost by re-routing the faxes “on-net” on its fax core network. Bulkfax provides for mass fax distribution capability, while Stratus allows for ERP integration in a hosted platform architecture.
