- Managed Voice Solutions Plus: a Vox Orion managed Neotel network service;
- Managed Voice Solutions Mobile: a traditional GSM least cost routing service.

Cristal Vox
Cristal Vox is a comprehensive network interconnect telco solution, providing customers with the option of uncontended or contended last mile access to connect their premises to the Vox Telecom network in order to deliver business quality outbound and inbound calls (with an associated rebate).
Cristal Mobile also allows GSM smartphone users to gain access to and benefit from network interconnect least cost routing rates via a variety of Vox Orion approved SIP applications.
In addition to providing next generation interconnect least cost routing rates, Cristal Vox also provides for a corporate share-call solution, which is on average 50% more cost effective than current offerings.
Cristal Vox is Vox Telecom’s premier voice solution operating off international best practice back-bone systems and customer premises equipment.
Managed Voice Solutions (MVS) – Plus
MVS Plus utilises the Neotel next generation fibre and microwave network where available, to provide telco connectivity, whilst Vox Orion manages the pre-installation, ongoing maintenance, billing and account management associated with the service.
Vox Orion is able to provide a wide variety of Neotel voice services, which include PRI or SIP connectivity across a range of channel increments, converged voice and data packages, as well as corporate sharecall service.
Managed Voice Solutions – Mobile
On site GSM technology, which continues to provide significant savings benefit on landline to cellular calls, is utilised to access the three relevant mobile networks and terminate cellular calls at customer sites where a comprehensive Cristal Vox or MVX Plus solution is not feasible.
