Dashboard

Dashboard is a high-impact, graphical, single web page view of the most important recent statistics and telephone call records from a PBX, GSM handset or SIP account. Dashboard provides managers with an executive summary of the most important information pertaining to the Call Manager TMS system.

Snapshot

A once-off, organisation level health check on a customer’s telecoms environment. This identifies current inefficiencies, overcharging and cost reduction opportunities. Snapshot provides a clear indication of the need for Vendor Manager Implementation within an organisation.

Vendor Manager

A detailed monthly report across all organisational structures, providing information pertaining to call data and invoicing analysis, applicable to all suppliers of telecommunications products and services. Vendor Manager presents valuable information pertaining to cost savings opportunities, infrastructure rationalisation and optimisation, general management and future technology applications.

Call Manager

Call Manager is a powerful, web-based Telephone Management System which was locally developed and is continuously enhanced to suit changing market conditions by Vox Orion. This is a managed service offering with a wide range of reports specially designed to assist management in controlling costs, detecting abuse and generally managing the use of telephony devices.

With the demand to consolidate telephony costs across all devices, Call Manager offers reporting from the extension on the desk, roaming pin codes, mobile handsets, 3G data bundles and SIP accounts as well as fax server integration (Rightfax). The platform can be white-labeled, allowing the corporate identity to be exposed to internal users. With multiple telephony service providers, Vox Orion is able to accurately apply the relevant rate to all calls. Vox Orion can also create a Telephony Policy for each organisation that conforms to the HR requirements and includes, for example, telephone etiquette, private usage rules, etc.
